Went for interview, they looked at me like I was alien as I made a effort to look smart. (Jealousy is a terrible illness )

Led me to believe I had got job, so I waited on them to call me after they told me they would after getting my DBS check back, 6 months on still heard nothing, not even the decency to send a email saying I had not been successful.

Whilst I was filling in application form downstairs, I could hear every word staff were saying in the room nearby , not a professional company at all.

I Started with another company 4 months ago, as soon as I walked in commented on how start I looked, and thanked me for making a effort, kept to their every word, far more professional so I'm glad empowering you treated me the way they did.

Just left this place. Went to a new company and they honestly did more for me in half a week than these did in 2 years. They’re always hiring random people without an ounce of care in them that are only in it for themselves and they constantly put them on my rota. They’re are a few good people there but I didn’t usually have them. They also blamed me because the staff didn’t know how to support me when isn’t that their fault not mine. Absolutely disgusting

I have found empowering u care to be supportive to the service users and staff. Management and staff will do all they can to ensure that service users get the best support possible.
Staff are always supported by management and will help where they can. Open door policy is always in operation here. Encouraging staff to be the best they can be

This place was okay at the start but was awful towards the end I was assaulted their twice and the camera footage was deleted and I was sometimes spoken to rudely and no one really cared about my mental health so if anyone is thinking about moving someone here then be careful cuz they will cover a lot of things up
