On 6 December 2023 Timmins Waste Services Limited was convicted, following a trial, at Wolverhampton Crown Court of the following offence:

Corporate Manslaughter, contrary to Section 1 of the Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act 2007

The charge arose from the death of David Willis, an employee of Timmins Waste Services Limited, who died when he was attempting to clear a blockage on an industrial waste shredding machine during the course of his work.

David Willis’ death was caused by a gross breach of the duty of care owed to him by Timmins Waste Services Limited, particularly in relation to the safe use of the shredder.

Don’t use this company, they don’t care what is in there waste being transferred to Wallys Quarry, in Newcastle under Lyme Staffordshire!

Dropping skip at next door. Wife asked how long as he was blocking the drive and she had a doctors appointment and he swore at her. Joke unprofessional company guy said he was the
owner if thats the case i am surpised he is still in business the clown.
