My daughter attended this school and has had a few challenges, some of the teachers are very supportive, Miss Potts, Miss Lamsdale and Miss Fletcher and a couple of others. I was disappointed on GCSE results day that some of the teachers did not acknowledge my daughter as some of her grades were not as expected, making her feel like she is not worthy, one even went on to chuckle saying that my daughter had no chance, very very disappointing, behaviours which leaders should not be portraying.

When kids get treated differently at school, it can have a significant impact on their self-esteem and overall well-being. It's disheartening to see that some students receive preferential treatment based on factors like ethnicity, socioeconomic status, or even popularity. This can create an environment of division and resentment among students.

Such disparities can lead to feelings of isolation for those who are treated unfairly, affecting their academic performance and social interactions. It's essential for schools to recognize these issues and implement policies that promote equality and respect for all students. By fostering a culture of inclusion, schools can help ensure that every child feels valued and has the opportunity to thrive.

School takes bad behaviour seriously, which means those that wish to learn are not interrupted. Focus on not just learning academically but socially and for their future lives as adults. Plenty of opportunities outside of school for extra curricular activities and trips at home and abroad are available. Overall very satisfied.

My son used to attend this school and the headteacher told my son he was lying when he said he was getting bullied by kids. He didn’t even try an investigate the situation or let my son speak he went straight to the point and said to his face “i don’t believe a single word what you are telling me is a bunch of rubbish.”

This school is terrible. They don’t care about their students and have a preference towards a particular ethnic group. I do not recommend this school for anyone’s children.
