Exceptional customer service. The team at Wolverhampton always do a fantastic job. The work carried out is always to an excellent standard. Last month i fitted 2 new tyres. I waiting in the rest area room and i see the staff go to my car and check the front left side about 10 minutes ( was 3 person). After 3 weeks i coming again to garage amd explained because i have a little bit problem with my tires and i want to check. No have available space and i go to Premier Tyres to check this. There big surprise.. two nuts was broken ( left front) and nobody say nothing.
This is not corect from this garage MR TYRE.
Was nice to explain what happened.

I've going to Mr Tyre since I found them back in 2012 to both Service & MOT my vehicle. Absolutely zero faults with these guys, and provide the same service as dealerships without charging those extortionate prices. Last year, after my car failed its MOT due to a leaking fuel pipe, Alex even got it ordered and fitted for me despite not having done it before. Highly recommend this branch of Mr Tyre; Alex is a credit to your company.
