The service is five star. The friendly staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. The eye tests / examinations are done with extreme professionalism and courtesy. Every question is answered and the advice given is top notch. The staff are incredibly helpful when choosing new frames and other products. You are treated as a valued customer every time. So glad I moved from my previous " conveyor belt" provider to Chase Eye care.

Lovely experience, always feel relaxed and listened too. Every body is friendly and they are very good with children. Would definitely recommend especially to anybody who feels nervous about visiting an opticians, they will definitely make you feel comfortable and welcomed.

I've been coming here with my family for many years and since moving from our last practice we find the staff at chase eye care to be very helpful and caring and the coffee is fantastic. The eye examination by Mr Puri is calming and peaceful do not feel rushed in any way every question asked is answered and explained professionally I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone who needs eye care.

I travel 2 plus hour to get to Chase Eye care. Why? Simply because they give me the best eye care, especially with the pescription I have, and because Mr Puri understands the aditional problems I have due to my diabetese. I would recommend Chase Eyecare to anyone. The girls on the desk are great , really friendly. Very family friendly as well.

I came here first time after a bad experience at a well known chain.
I felt very welcomed as soon as I came in the door, they even offered me nice drinks.
The consultant Mr Puri made me feel very relaxed and gave me personalised care making sure that my professional-medical needs were met. I would like to recommend Chase Eyecare to friends and family.

Lovely ladies at reception today always so friendly and my Optometrist Mr Puri, made me feel very welcome and comfortable was a pleasure as always, thank you chase eye care. I would recommend to Friends and Family. As they are the most caring, kind and professional people better than anyone.
