Denny went above and Beyond when coming out to do work in my property, he asked about if I had any other problems that needed to be addressed regarding the mould in the property I did mention to him about a leak from the toilet and even though it wasn’t part of his job he had a look to see where the leak was coming from and reported it to my housing for me and took pictures to prove that it was causing mould around my downstairs toilet area I was very impressed with his work ethic and cleanliness. In after carrying out work, very polite and well mannered gentleman

Bathroom fan fitted.
Denney was the engineer who came to fit the fan. Very polite and courteous. Brilliant customer service and explained what he was doing without being asked. Great housekeeping and took away all of the rubbish. Very friendly young man who is a great ambassador for your company.
The booking staff were equally helpful at securing a convenient time for the work to take place, and lots of reminders via text and phone prior to appointment

Well where to begin....
The amount of positive feedback I can give is unbelievable.
We had Mouldex in to fit some extractor fans and sort out of damp/mould. From start to finish, they knew what they were talking about. Highly professional and knowledgeable.
Nothing was over sold and the products fitted are quiet and top class.

The quality of the workmanship is of the highest standard and the office staff are excellent to speak with regarding any questions.

I had 2 fans fitted, one in the bathroom and 1 in the kitchen and they have made a massive difference to condensation and damp in the property.

I can not recommend Mouldex enough 😀

Absolutely banging service by mouldex, the engineer who installed our PVI Unit he was great all round and very quick and efficient also he was very friendly and takes care of things like wearing slip on clean shoes to stop his boots making a mess in people homes. Overall fantastic and highly recommended. Thanks to all the team at mouldex keep up the great work.

Since I've been waiting for months to get my new front and back doors fitted of which they have done but they have fitted the wrong window in the front door and i didn't choose that one and now I've got to wait until 19th September to see what the desistion is going to be lm not a happy tenant but i do admit that the workmen did a good job and left the place tidy
