Booked a boiler service with RCA and comunication from start to finish was excellent. Neil arrived on time and was very polite, friendly and efficient. The receipt was detailed with all the work carried out during the service and a mention of service plans available if required. Got my boiler supplied and fitted through RCA pluming and heating and recieved a top quality service. Not knowing anything about boilers, Ryan went over and above explaining different types and the best one to for my circumstances and budget, also once the boiler was fitted took his time to explain how to work it and set the controls. Recieved text messages as to when the work was taken place and completed. RCA arrived on time to fit the boiler, competed the work on time and left no mess. Would 100% recommend RCA.
