After several emails and calls with requests to have my gas and electricity meter readings on behalf of my energy supplier, I got wary as I give automatic readings for both and have also gave manual readings when my energy supplier has asked. These guys won't take no for an answer. I was advised to ignore them by my energy supplier when asked about it. I told TMA multiple times I'm not giving a reading to them. Now, they show up at my door, when I wasn't at home, and post a 'sorry we missed you!' notice through my door, requesting a reading again. I called them and called them out for data mining without permission. I got told to ignore the letter, and to have a nice day snd hung up on.
