“Unfortunately, I didn’t find what I was looking for this time, but the staff at the cashier were as polite and helpful as always. I shop here regularly as it’s very handy for picking up bits and pieces for quick jobs.”

The customer service standards in this store are appalling. I asked for help to find a specific product today, and the staff member just told me the aisle number where I could look for it myself. Looking for a particular kind of box of screws wasn't easy even though I had the picture from the b&q website. I asked for help at the customer service desk where the staff member had no clue - I just needed to confirm if I had chosen the right product from the shelf. She then called someone else over (coincidentally the same guy who had given me the aisle number earlier) who got a ladder to see if there were any of the products on a higher shelf. He gave it to me, I paid, and when I got home, discovered it was the wrong product he'd handed me. Really poor service which will take Enstone longer to fix than if he'd just helped efficiently in the first place. I'm going to use a different branch in the future.

The worst customer service from the staff and duty manager Emma. Ordered an item online and was told there would be a £50 charge to have it collected but would be free if dropped back into story. I had this in writing and it was shown to Emma.

The staff refused to accept the return and the duty manager Emma was like a robot! Not a single person had a modicum of common sense.

Have had to take the product back home to try and sort out with the hopeless customer service centre.

I won’t be buying any products from B&Q, get far better service from a guy on the street!!

Always good value range of products. Indoor plants have a good variety but sometimes they are half alive. I have started to notice more flies around the indoor ones which mean you have to repot them as soon as you get home so you don't get infestation.

World's worst carpark to leave - more than 30 minutes to leave it on a Saturday morning!

Won't be back until it's fixed!

Anonymous staff on shop floor and those that are really don't have a clue what they are talking about. Also very expensive, not recommended, since the revamp it has got worse.
A lot of items are no longer available, less staff and floorspace, avoid at all costs
