*AVOID*
This company is so unprofessional, previous staff took our information - no GDPR in place to protect our information.
Given a re-conditioned printer, couldn't get cartridges for it - therefore couldn't use the printer. charged £200.00 to have machine collected.
Poor communication from staff.
Buy your own printer so you know where you stand and it is a lot cheaper.

Customer service is appalling. We had a long relationship with ASL and service was a mixed experience. However now we are largely paper free and the contract has come to a natural end, we are struggling to get a simple answer to when/if the contract has ended, because there is a rolling three month clause with a direct debit. I have asked ASL a dozen times if this has ended, and how we recover printers in an ecological fashion, and getting no answers. Massive waste of my time for a simple answer from Reece. Terrible service and I can see this going to court if we stop the debit and they still try and charge.
