Faultless from start to finish. We had a new heat pump installed as well as a DAB ezy pump, the whole process was extremely smooth, communication was excellent and all the admin behind receiving the government grant was carried out on my behalf.
Regarding the actual install, James and his team were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble, he was very knowledgeable and got the job done within the timeframe he first stated.
I would highly recommend David and his team.

Got in touch with David about the possibility of installing air conditioning in my very warm home office. He was round the following day to inspect the property and provided a quote that evening. The following week his air con team came in the morning and had the system installed and running by midday, leaving the place spotless.

The plumbers were very helpful and friendly, ensuring that they stuck to the social distancing rules whilst in the house. I can't recommend these people highly enough....we had a strange problem with our hot water system at 4.30 on a Friday evening, and David and Dane spent nearly an hour and a half tracing the problem, and with the aid of some lateral thinking (credit Dave), sorted it. We are so lucky to have this firm as our local experts.
