As other reviewers have stated, can be slow service and occasionally items that show as in stock cannot be found. Luckily if that happens a Screwfix has just opened 50 metres down the road!

Very helpful staff, I went to buy some heavy duty galvanized wire to train our wisteria along the front of the house. I was certain no one would have this in stock assuming it had gone out of fashion in the 1970's. Jade was extremely kind & managed to locate some in the warehouse & with her help I now look forward to a very well behaved wisteria this summer.

Thanks tool station staff, you are always my first stop. I always appreciate your advice & extensive well priced choice.

Possibly the worst merchants I’ve ever been to. I’m writing this after over a year of the same experiences. The staff are the slowest people I’ve ever come across, and they never have anything in stock. Even when it shows as in stock on the website! So it’s a regular occurrence to que for 15 minutes to be told what the website says is in stock, actually isn’t! Happens regularly
