This company is a joke. They are nothing but bullies who think it's acceptable to harass and threaten a vulnerable person on a regular basis. They are making demands for payment that they know I can't afford and will not work with me or stop the demands despite being told numerous times that I am vulnerable and will set up a payment plan when I can afford to do so.

I contacted them as my bill was way higher than normal and it's impossible for 2 adults to use such amount of water. They told me I have to pay and then they'll check but don't know when. Meanwhile we are wasting a huge amount of water when the country struggles with it and I don't want to think about my next bill. But I'm going to sue them before I pay again.

This company keeps demanding the money I don't owe. They sent me statements with zero balance, but keep telling me I owe them money. The last letter threatening to take me to court for the money I don't owe
Horrible business! I wish I could ditch them for a different supplier, but unfortunately, no choice.
The update: I thought my case was finally resolved few months back, but, alas! I received another bill for the ghost account, which was supposedly closed several months ago, once again the company wants me to pay the bill for that closed account, which they managed to resurrect again!
I strongly advise NEVER setting up a direct debit with this company! Luckily I didn't, and will never do!

Called twice, on hold for 55 minutes each time. They gave me the wrong info, so now I have to waste another hour of my life to call them again. Thought the reviews here were exaggerating, no, this is abysmal. One star for the surprisingly banging hold music, 0 stars for everything else.

Never answer the phone! Ive tried over 15times various times of the day, always busy, also lie about meter readings ! You need to gain access to read my meter , apparently they came and read yesterday the amazing invisible waterman!

Phone call 6 months ago demanding payment. All I asked for was a paper copy to read and check. Since then nothing. Not been able to speak to anyone. No idea how much my bill is now. How does CW even survive?!

I would like someone to call me back from your managerial department to discuss a bill that you say cannot be billed under a single occupancy this month. Thames Water are able to do so, unmetered, but your organisation have decided after many many years, this year, not to provide this same tariff unless an assessment is done. I am unable to install a meter as I do not own the freehold. Please accept this.
