For modern solutions for historic structures, there is nobody better in Fife. As an American, I was cautioned about the "buyer beware" policies of the UK real estate market. When considering a historic renovation in St. Andrews, I asked the team of Muir, Walker & Pride to lend their expertise. A partner was happy to accompany me during a home inspection while I was under offer. They alerted me of the permitting issues that the previous owner had baked into the property with their alterations of the structure. We exited the deal without penalty due to their insights. Their fee? A hand shake and their commitment to work with us on our next project - which went smoothly.
