Avoid Enviro Klean. Staff are lovely but the owner is unprofessional and extremely rude. His behaviour was so unexpectedly threatening, shocking and upsetting he reduced me to tears. I've never been treated so abusively by a supplier. They were also 5 days late in collecting the skip and it took several phone calls and false promises to get it removed. Wish I had read the other reviews before as there seems to be a bad pattern of awful service. Avoid, avoid, avoid.... Do not recommend to anybody. Save yourself the hassle and heartache. Go elsewhere.

I recently used enviro keen and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience due to the behaviour of the manager. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a dismissive attitude and an unwillingness to assist with a simple request. The manager was not only unhelpful but also extremely rude, speaking to me in a condescending tone and making me feel unwelcome. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially from someone in a managerial position. It completely ruined what was supposed to be an enjoyable visit. I strongly suggest that enviro kleen invest in proper training for their management staff to ensure that all customers are treated with respect and courtesy.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as no customer should have to endure such poor treatment.

1st Class service from the moment I called to the agreed time of my Waste Collection, The driver was so helpful he could't do enough for us.
If your looking for a Waste Management Service in the Kirkcaldy Fife area do not hesitate to use them, you be happy you did.

I rarely put posts up and the reason I did was because I called four other Skip Hire companies and none of them were very helpful, so thank you to the Enviro Kleen team keep up the great work.

Absolutely horrible customer service. One of the drivers was abusive on the phone, shouting and being completely rude. They never show up when they say they will to pick the skip up, and then spin every situation as if it’s our fault. Completely unprofessional company and would recommend you look elsewhere.

Cheapest waste removal (general, recycling, food waste) service in Fife by a long way. Customer service is poor, and the condition of the bins when they arrived was disappointing.

We hired a skip 3 weeks ago now and they’ve not come back to collect it from our driveway. We’ve tried calling multiple times with no answer. On two occasions we got an answer we were told somebody will collect it shortly which hasn’t happened
