Sent me a random £300, 3 years after I was in the property for a period I didn't live there (and have proof).

Strange behaviour but I've just seen they're on the verge of collapse, no wonder, clearly trying to claw money from anywhere they can.

No response from my emails(despite sending evidence I'm not liable) and currently in a massive queue to talk to someone. They have no issue to contact me to demand payment though 😂

Very glad I'm not an elderly or vulnerable person or I might otherwise fall for this obvious con.

I'm calling from abroad also so it's costing me a nice chunk of change every time I call to fix their mistake.

Always estimate bills after receiving readings. Sent me a renewal plan for £4000 monthly for gas and £4000 for Electric. Rang them and the person I spoke to said oh thats a mistake , the computer is always doing that. Asked for a revised renewal and it came in the post ast the same amount.The only thing that nearly went right was fitting a smart meter. They managed this on the second try. Hear they are now going out of business. What a surprise.

I've been ripped off by hundreds of pounds. I was in credit by almost 200 pounds.Then they changed computer systems added my fuel used but didn't add what I'd paid them via direct debit which then showed I was suddenly a nearly a thousand in debit. They have ignored the ombudsman who found in my favour and continue to maintain they are right, which they are not.
I'll be leaving ASAP.
