Elaine the customer service representative is superb. Extremely polite and a joy to speak with. On the whole, Service was excellent as far as taking customers money. Now here is the downside…I placed an order for a crepe machine, on arrival it was discovered that it did not have a thermostatic control.
I’ then sent an email to apologise for the ordering error and wished to place an order for further stock and the correct crepe machine at £450. The company were happy to accept more money but would not arrange collection for the returnable item.
This choice of behaviour by senior management in 2025 is Truly APPALLING customer service. Happy to take another order for £700 but not happy to arrange a collection at the same time when DPD deliver the next order. We all have a choice where we order from and I would certainly bear this in mind when making your purchasing decision. What a shame as this company delivered the items in a prompt and reliable manner. Having 600 5 star Trustpilot reviews for my own e-commerce business, I feel it is important for this minor glitch within your business to be addressed promptly. It is not when all is going well that we appreciate good customer service. The true test is when all goes wrong and solutions are resolved promptly and without inconvenience to the customer.
Happy to discuss removing or editing this review once an amicable solution or a positive change in your returns protocol is addressed.

They didn’t send an essential part of my gas crepe machine. I emailed them and asked about it, but they never replied. No one in London has this part, and it’s been over a month now. This situation has seriously damaged my business. I strongly advise against buying online from cheap or unreliable companies.

I can not fault the service from this company. I was very nervous about making quite an expensive online purchase from overseas. My equipment arrrived today within a week of ordering and all went smoothly as promised. I would definitely purchase again. Thanks so much!

Used CFW for years, great prices, speedy delivery. I would buy 10kg at a time. Made an order, put it in storage, when it came to using it 3 months later, they'd sent me the wrong order. Apparently you need to contact them 1 day of getting the receipt, even though they made the error. Now I have £70 worth of a product I cannot use. If ordering 54% chocolate, double check the number as the bags look similar to the 70% - similar enough for the company to mess the order up, so similar enough for you to mistake it for the item you ordered.

They are selling fake Callebaut. I ordered 3 bags of Callebaut Milk Chocolate, and they all had the same "unique code" on the back (see photo). The code is not recognized on Callebaut's site. They are also at half the price and with a very short expiration date. When I contacted them about it, they just denied it. I bought another bag from a local shop in Finland, and there was a clear difference in taste and callet size consistency. But really, the fact that the 'unique code' is not recognized by Callebaut and 3 bags have the same code should have been enough reason to believe they were fake and that they lied to me.
