I work locally and had heard of Infinite Loop being a great place to get your phone fixed. My iPhone 13 Pro Max desperately needed a new battery and rear housing - the guys at Infinite Loop fixed it quickly and for a good price. The team are helpful, communicative and quick. I will definitely be using them again for my other devices if the time comes.

Needed to send off my daughter's device, Infinite Loop were prepared to collect it for free, diagnose and quote for the repair. I felt the only thing they could have improved initially was their communication. Confirming receipt of the item and progress through the stages would have saved me a couple of calls. Ultimately, I felt their quote was fair and they appear to have fixed the problem and I'm satisfied that it has proved cheaper than needing to replace the device. Return postage was also free and so I would definitely consider using them again.

I brought my 2022 MacBook Pro into The Infinite Loop due to a malfunctioning keyboard—and I couldn’t be more impressed.

The repair was completed at a very fair cost, especially considering the high quality of workmanship. My keyboard now works flawlessly, just like new.

I finally bit the bullet and decided too have a replacement screen fitted to my 3 yr old IPhone 11. My wife’s IPhone 7 was on its last legs so I decided to give her the 11. I did a quick google search and found Infinite Loop who were conveniently located in The Jewellery Quarter. Will quoted me £95 for the repair inc parts labour and v.a.t. Within 2 hours of me dropping the phone off it was ready for collection. Work completed to a really high standard with a 6 month warranty and optional 12 month extension. Will the proprietor is really friendly, helpful and engaging. Office is really well designed with some interesting internal features. They are now my go to people where anything Apple is concerned. Staff were all very friendly, helpful and informative. I went in with my mac when having problems with the display on my screen as even with an external monitor there was still no display. Multiple Apple stores had quoted for a replacement screen without even guaranteeing the device would work. Infinite Loop offered me a refund if they were to replace the screen and the device did not work or if it required more work than a screen change. They were able to diagnose further issues with software and managed to repair it. They did what apple couldn't/wouldn't at a fairer price including a 6 month warrantee. Infinite Loop were able to fix my iPod (the Apple Store couldn't and recommended using them). Identified the issues quickly and the cost to repair. Regular updates on progress. Repaired within the time frame given. It's as good as new. Super impressed. Great service. Would definitely recommend using them.
