Extremely unprofessional. I was shortlisted for a position with QA Ltd and was contacted by Jack. A voicemail was left to discuss with him. I called back, no answer. Left a message to advise unfortunately i was at work but if he could let me know an exact time to call i will make sure i am available. I then received a text shortly after saying 'Now?'. I called when i could (about 10-15 minutes after the text), no answer. I texted again, relaying my previous message and i have been completely ghosted since then. This is a company i would never work for if this is how your recruitment process is handled. I would suggest scheduling dates and times to arrange calls with potential candidates. Shocking.

Did dfe data engineering bootcamp with them. The tutors were quite good, knowledgeable and helpful. The course providers were awful. QA has bad communication with their students, constant technical problems and very little guidance provided to their students. Consider learning on your own whilst doing a full time job rather than doing their bootcamp in my opinion. You'll learn more whilst being able to work full time if you want/have to. Very few employers have gotten in contact with us for roles! Not feeling confident at all regarding being able to get a entry level job and it doesn't help that their communication is non existent at times!!!

Useless.
1) The website to submit coursework was down for over a month.
2) The placement I was given had noone qualified to train me.
3) Rude staff
4) No support
5) Classes are poorly done

I wasted 3 months working an apprenticeship with them. I doubt they actually check the employers they work with as if they did they would've seen that the one I had to deal with had no DM team or anyone even remotely qualified to train DM.

Before arriving we were told to book parking, I tried and got no reply. On arrival and was told QA don't have any parking spaces, so had to cause a queue of vehicles to reverse up the ramp.

I was then sent to wrong floor, waiting 10mins to check in at the 10th floor before I was told to go to 12th. The reception area there was empty and we were sent straight to a room.

Training materials changed overnight the night before our exam and had not been sent to the trainer in advance, they also didn't match the pre-course learning we'd done.

Nothing on the system saved your progress, it showed that I hadn't done the pre-course learning, and lost all quiz/exercise/mock exam progress, so you didn't know what progress you'd made or what areas you needed to work on.

No lunch was provided, and the "jacket potatoes" in the cafe downstairs had clearly never seen an oven.

These are all minor things, but they all add up to a pretty poor experience for learners. Keith, our instructor, was great though.

The person that was taking me through the process of getting an apprenticeship was great. The only thing is they mis advertise apprenticeships. And they seem to be more on the employers side than potential apprentices, which is worrying. In the past they haven't been great when trying to contact them.

Great for training requirements, however the fact that no lunch is provided makes it an expensive week for those who can't claim expenses. Paying £4 for a substandard sandwich in a city isn't my idea of fun. Also, there are biscuits available most of the day (except for breakfast time...why?) So unless you want to spend the best part of £25 in a week on food, or live on a diet of biscuits, I'd select another venue.

The university of Roehampton has the worst management. They change the rules, modules and teachears very often. When you become confident with one teacher they replace him.If you have something to say about any issue they do not care about students want. Moreover the staff members always let students know late about changes or do mistakes. Therefore I do not recommend to study in this university .

I cannot fault the teaching through QA personally. The course is well structured and the daily tests help to pass the exams. Free drinks and cookies are a good bonus!
