I would like to thank Ray and his team at Damptec Midlands Ltd for the excellent work they carried out on our property. We had a longstanding issue with damp in our under-stairs cupboard/cellar. Despite contacting numerous builders and contractors over the years, none were able to provide a clear diagnosis or effective solution.

Thankfully, Ray attended the property and it was immediately clear from our first meeting that he knew exactly what he was talking about. He quickly identified the root cause of the problem and explained several viable solutions. Once we agreed on the scope of work and pricing, his team got to work.

Throughout the process, the team was professional, considerate, and thorough. They cleaned up the area at the end of each day, provided regular updates, and were accommodating with additional requests we had along the way. The standard of workmanship was genuinely first class, and payment was only requested after I had signed off on the completed work.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Ray and the team at Damptec Midlands as outstanding contractors who clearly take pride in delivering quality results. A definite 5-star service.
