Garrett is the best service consultant. I was amazed by the speed in which they were able to mitigate a significant mold issue from a leaky sunroof. In less than a week they took the entire interior apart replaced carpet parts filters etc. my car came back to me like new. I was very concerned but they ALL did an awesome job

I came in for some recall work and arrived before my scheduled appointment—even before they opened. The gentleman who moves the cars was very nice and kept checking on me, first letting me know that they didn’t open until 7:30 and then that the staff had a brief meeting. Garrett soon came out to greet me then got me settled so I could wait. They did a complimentary check and car wash in addition to the required work. When the car was ready, he walked me out to the vehicle to make sure everything was in order. He was very kind and explained everything well. I would definitely return here for service work in the future.

I took my ’23 Taos in for its 20 K oil change. Also had a coupon for a free tire rotation, and as usual, they do an overall inspection.

Let me remind you I have 20k miles on this car. I was told for a mere $625. They’d be happy to change my rear brake pads and rotors. What? 20k miles? I was told that they don’t “pad slap” anymore and that VW requires rotors anytime the back pads need replaced. They explained the rear saw electronic. Sounds to me like they’re out of adjustment electronically!

They wash the car as usual and when they pulled up, I noticed paint missing on the hood about a 3 inch circle. As I pointed it out of course we had to go through me proving it wasn’t like that before I got there. It wasn’t. The manager got involved and nicely said no problem. You’re under warranty, we’ll go ahead and just repaint your hood.

Looks like it’s time for different color car. A little research later, revealed dark blue cars are bad for paint peeling. And this one’s not even two years old yet! Buyer beware!

In and out in 2 1/2 hours. Very expensive to have anything worked on today so you better learn how to do it yourself!

Ray the service Tech is always amazing. Really cool, down to earth dude. He does not try to get you to buy crap you do not need, just tells you what is needed. We buy all of our cars from here because the service is great all around. No pressure from anybody.

Service was excellent! The advisor was great, she explained all about the warranty, charges for the services, etc. She responded to all my questions, maintained me informed and replied to my texts quickly. The driver is such a gentleman, my experience was more than "excellent"!

The service was terrible. I had Left 4 messages to be called back and no one responded. Given an evaluation of the car and said battery was fine and then I needed A new battery. I had To call them to get an update on the car and they also for the third time didn’t reset the mileage on the oil change to 10.000 miles left it at 3,000.

Well I have to say Garret is very pleasant to work with and very quick. Does what he can to get me in and out. I can’t fault him for the issues my car manufacturers wise. Oscar has stepped in to help and expedite things. Also very nice to work with . I just hope my car software update gets here soon. Not fun driving around a new car that I’m paying for and it’s not at its full performance
