Ordered 2x Electrorad Digi-Line 2000W and a 1250W in May - delivery was quick and efficient - finally got round to installing them and I think they look great. Keeps the room really warm. Remote control easy to set up. If I had known they were this good I would have installed them years ago. Thank you.

Bought 4 of their so called "eco efficient" electric radiators to heat my home as I live off the grid, I have a new born so needed the house to stay at 17°. After a month and my heating bill was over £600.... Don't waste your money buying any electric heating unless you can afford the extremely high electrical bills

Dreadful customer service after sending out a faulty radiator. Office administrator was simply rude and has no understanding of Consumer Rights Act. Fobbed off with the manufacturer because she didn't want to deal with it. Not recommended at all!

Ordered an unvented cylinder on a promise of 3-5 days. Delivery scheduled for 14/12. When I checked with customer service was told that deliver was now scheduled for 22/12. No comms in advance. And I was charged a substantial amount for delivery.
No real apology - just a "not my fault" type response.
Order cancelled but now left in a real pickle by this abysmal expression of customer service.

Appalling service. I cannot say about product because I have never received one. I cannot get a refund for the item I bought 3 weeks ago. Second time I placed the order it took 5 days to proceed and to dispatch. My request to use different courier other than DX was ignored. As a result I still can’t receive my order. It’s been 3 frustrating weeks and a total waste of time. I wasted a lot of time chairing my order plus my refund. I wish I have never bought from them. Would not recommend this company to anyone

AVOID !!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO RETURN POLICY.

We bought 2 units of Stiebel Eltron Instantaneous Water Heaters in Oct. The water heaters stopped working after weeks of use and the water is no longer hot. Heater shop refuse to take them back for assessment. No solutions were provided, nor refund.

They then said once the machines are installed, they couldn't be refunded. They are electrical appliance, there is no way to know that they are faulty without installing them.
They claimed that the electrician install them wrong, even we insist they installed correctly before using them. They refuse to send anyone to inspect the units and saying they are not faulty remotely. They pick partial information from you to reject the refund request.

We replaced the units since it is just inhuman to take cold shower in winter for weeks.
They at last said since we replaced, they couldn't help us to fix the issue remotely. Could we take no shower for weeks, waiting for them to offer a phone call to fix remotely. No logic.

Hence, no customer service. They never greet you while replying customer email. No solution offer. They igonor what you said and ask. They only pick your word to reject any after-sales service.

P.S. They show Feefo review on their website, claiming review are by invitation only to customers who shopped with them. However, they don't send to every customer. Very exclusive. Since I am not invited, I share my review here.

Made a phone call to confirm items in stock, deliver date and online order process. easy Call answered swiftly, went online placed the order and received cnofirmation. Excellent all set for free next day delivery.
pdate: Unfortunately ordered the wrong size, collection arranged and replacement item swiftly ordered online. Easy process and good customer care service.I was informed return cost £56 for incorrectly ordering.
