First class service. Developed sudden noise on leaving for long journey, dropped into Cofton (no appointment) for advice. Received excellent customer focused attention, fully examined car, test drive, comprehensive ramp examination and full explanation/advice to reassure. Despite no appointment, really busy with other work, spent time to examine the car promptly. What really demonstrates this garage commitment to customer service, no charge on this occasion, rarely due experience such dedication. This is the second occasion have used this garage when traveling, great service and fair pricing. Definitely no hesitation in recommending this garage. Clean, tidy, customer facilities and helpful staff a real pleasure.

Cofton Motors Starcross had my car in for some non fault rear damage repair, and the end result is perfect the whole process from collection to delivery of my fully repaired and cleaned car was absolutely faultless I can’t Thankyou enough definitely the only repairer I would use and highly recommend to anyone for all their services bodywork repairs servicing and Mot’s too, five star doesn’t seem enough

In Cofton on holiday, we discovered a fuel leak. Stopped at Cofton Motors to see if they could help. They told us they were very busy but went above and beyond to help us with the problem. They managed to squeeze our car in between jobs and it was ready the next morning so we could carry on enjoying our holiday.
Amazing staff who provide an amazing service, cannot recommend them highly enough.

Cofton Motors chosen by my insurance company to carry out repairs to my BMW following my reversing into a post!!!! Was unsure on not going to my main dealer, but reassured by excellent reviews here.
I need not have worried. Cofton have been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. It is rare to come across a firm so customer service focused. Kept advised, more than met all anticipated timescales and perfect result with the work.
I hope will not need similar service in the future but would not hesitate to use and to recommend.

Fantastic service and so helpful. Went to see them on Friday after driving down from Staffordshire and my pop top roof had come loose and went to reception who passed me on to Andy who was fantastic and fixed my roof so I could continue my holiday. Absolutely 5 star and many thanks again

Start to finish, superb service such as can no longer be taken for granted nowadays - a rare treat, from first phone call ,through every stage from initial contact with office to the punctual return of my car, repaired & in gleaming condition, by a courteous driver.
