Excellent customer service in tbe exmouth branch. Very helpful staff gave me a no quibble refund on some smart bulbs today that didn't seem to work properly. I'd made a mess of the packaging and I thought this would be an issue but no. It was a painless experience. I will definitely be a happy returning customer

Only popped in for cable clips, I was unsure on the size I needed, the young lad serving was so helpful nothing too much trouble for him we tried 4 different sizes before we found what we needed. It is so nice go somewhere and get a lovely polite helpful service.☺️👍

I have to admit, I didn't even know this was here. Popped in a few weeks ago and a member of staff, I think her name may have been Freya was so helpful. We were looking for an outside light and she really took the time to make sure we had what we needed.

Went to this place in Exmouth Devon, just to see what type of HIVIS jackets that are in their Catalogue, they do NOT cater for my size, therefore I have to look further afield.
The young assistant was very helpful, knew what I was looking for and was trying to help, all credit to her.
