1 more thing I'd like to mention: Before going to Solar Computer I first went to Tech Tronex, another repair store and it was a terrible decision😖. They had my laptop for almost two weeks, and I had to get it back and demand a refund because they simply weren’t doing their job. Not only did they fail to fix it, but they actually made it worse

Chris is great. We needed a new gaming PC - he listened to what we wanted, what we had for budget and spec'd a great machine that has plenty of space for upgrades down the line. Recently I took my lapto to Solar computer systems. Chris did a wonderful job in getting my laptops working. He quickly identified the issue and ordered the faulty part which was the power jack and now my laptop is operational. Also there was a loose contact issue as well which was rectified in no time. I contacted Chris after seeing some good Google reviews about his service. My purpose built music production PC would no longer boot up Windows, and after trying to fix it myself and failing (after watching various YouTube videos) I feared I would lose all my applications after being forced to reinstall the operating system. After 2 days with Chris, I have have the PC back in full working order, no lost files or apps,and feeling very relieved!
