From start to finish, E R Electrical Services provided an exemplary service to install a new EV charge point at my holiday let and I can't recommend them highly enough. From quote to completion the work was smooth and seamless. It included burying cables in my drive as I wanted the charger mounted away from the house, and they managed the entire process in a day, including digging and reinstating the drive so neatly that you'd never know it had been touched! We were badly let down by another electrician & very stressed out as SSE and Octopus were booked to move our supply, when Mark came to our rescue. The work has been rebooked as SSE cancelled so not yet completed - will be our next review! - but Mark was there ready to step in and now we have more time he has come up with a common sense plan for the job that no other electrician had offered.
