Shaun and his team are brilliant. I've used Semilong Services for work related issues over the years and they always turn up on time and their service is great. Last night we had an issue with a blocked drain at home in the evening, not ideal! They turned up in under 30 minutes! Stop reviewing the company and just call them now! Thank you Guys

Connor and Adam attended my property to unclog the plumbing from upstairs. Very attentive, quick service. Vacuumed all the pipes and then drive a camera down to check all was clear! Excellent customer service! Highly recommend!

My experience today with two of your workers wasnt what i expected , come knocking on my door with no id, no shoe covering and their attuide towards work is appalling. One the workers was on the phone to what sounded like their partner , swearing and seems to be bothered about their work. My carpet is dirty and now having to disinfect my carpet, my lighting in the storage cuboard is dirty their grubby hands , they broken one of my tools they asked to use , never want experiance this again

I had contacted my HA in derbyshire which is emh as drain was blocked with tissue and faeces in communal areas. Someone turned up, no apparent equipment other than a plunger, used our tools in the communal garden to take drain lids off damaging items used, we had to explain which way the drains went as he wasn't aware, came to use my shower filled a neighbours bin from outside leaving carpet inside wet thru, no shoe covers used so presumed was walking inside with whatever had walked through outside went back to van sat ate dinner and without notice he had finished. Signed no paperwork which honestly if given the chance I would not sign! left while outside was still covered in tissue and faeces all over, leaving rubbish out in the yard, gloves left on someone table, we had to then clean up. Shocking no care was taken. I hope this I'd not how things are operated within the company.

Highly recommend. Great customer service. We live in a cul-de-sac and found one of our drains overflowing with sewage - where our children all play out. We called Semilong and they had a lovely technician out within 30 minutes (very rare to find that level of customer service nowadays). When he arrived he quickly assessed the situation, and which drain was which, and got to work with the rodding. He quickly cleared the blockage and water started flowing through. We were all pleased and thought that was the end of things, but he said something still didn't seem right and he persevered for another 45 minutes. He wanted to ensure the water was flowing through all the drains at the right speed (he felt the flow was still too slow) and to ensure the blockage had fully been cleared. The technician was polite, knowledgeable and hardworking - and importantly did a good job and resolved the issue. I'd definitely call Semilong again.

I do not usually leave reviews ,
But I have been having trouble with my sewer pipes backing up for some time now and on a Sunday it blocked completely rang Shaun at semilong services really friendly guy who had Olllie at my house in no time , Ollie was super helpful and very knowledgeable and cleared the blockage in no time . But he was not convinced he had solved the problem completely. He did some more investigations with his drain camera and found the real problem was limescale in the back of my down stairs toilet ( he showed us on the screen ) the back of the toilet had only 40 percent of a hole due to limescale. Since had a plumber out to remove the toilet and Omg Ollie was spot on the back of the toilet was full and I mean full of limescale, cleaned all the limescale out and refitted the toilet and its perfect .
With out Ollie going the extra mile for us we would have never have known as It cant be seen .
So I would highly recommend Semilong services they have a great team and I would recommend them to anyone.

Two vans turned up this morning just as we were going out, with no appointment, obviously expecting to just come in and do whatever. Not answered the door as I do not have time . I have messaged this company as this is the third time they have just turned up expecting that people are just sitting around in doors all day on the off chance. I also told them they absolutely must have an appointment as we are generally busy most days, but unfortunately this was ignored
