Absolutely amazing experience. John who has been dealing with our enquiry has been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process and made several recommendations on different filters and configurations. He was super patient and answer allow of our questions in a way we understood them without the need for translation from plumber or professional. In the end we went with the WH01 system for whole flat.
Very rare to come across company who take care of their customer as directwaterfilters.
