The most positive aspect of this service was how it made me feel so much better about myself. Through eating the right foods and learning how to properly fuel my body, I’ve come to realize just how amazing food can be—both for your mental and physical health.

I’m someone who has crashed on and off all my life, constantly gaining weight back due to horrible unhealthy habits. In the past, when trying to lose weight and be healthy, I used to eat next to nothing, thinking that was the only way. I never believed you could eat what feels lots of food in a day and still lose weight—until now.

It takes a lot for me to trust someone, but I put all my trust in Andy and the plan he created for me. I can’t thank him enough for the incredible support he’s shown me. He never once asked me to do anything I felt uncomfortable with. I now have a much better understanding of nutrition and so much more knowledge than I ever did before—all thanks to Andy.

The best part? I still get to enjoy the foods I love while losing weight. I finally feel comfortable eating and no longer feel guilty about it. My whole mindset around losing weight through food has completely changed—and for the better.

Working with Andy over the last 12 weeks has been incredible. I have so much more energy now, not just for my workouts, but throughout the entire day. I used to struggle just to make it through, relying on pre-workout just to get by at the gym. Now? I’ve cut all that out, and it’s purely because of the foods I’m eating.

I still have a long way to go, but I’ve already lost a lot of weight and, for the first time, I’m truly enjoying the process. This doesn’t feel like a horrible diet or punishment—it’s just healthier life changes, supported by someone who genuinely cares.

I’m not a confident person, but Andy has been so reassuring and so supportive in ways that go far beyond food and fitness. My pictures speak for themselves if you seen them, and I know that soon enough, I’ll be back to being the confident, happy version of myself.

If you want to better your own health, I can honestly say: Andy really is the best out there. You won’t be disappointed!

I have been working with Andy on my nutrition and have been so impressed with the improvements and changes in a relatively short space of time. I would say that I am a person who trains pretty hard (around 6x a week) but from juggling that, along with life as a busy Mum of two young kids and having my own business, when it came to my nutrition, I felt completely confused. There is so much conflicting information out there and everyone seems to be an "expert" on the topic.

Andy is so refreshing to work with. He really knows his stuff. He took time to understand my lifestyle/background and goals. Then came up with a plan which was easy to implement and completely bespoke to me. He was careful not to push too many changes too quickly and was great at checking in with me to ee how I was doing.

Initially our focus was on fuelling and recovery, so that I could get the most out of my training sessions. I had been struggling with knowing how to fuel properly before a big session and would often feel like I was running on empty halfway through a hard running intervals session or a long hyrox session. Andy quickly sorted that out and I am so happy to say I have been hitting running and gym PBs consistently since we started working together. Including a recent 10k PB (by almost 4 mins) where I finished 5th female overwall and 1st in my age group, which I am delighted about!

Andy really cares about his clients. You can tell he only wants the best for them and that he is genuinely motivated to help them succeed. I am looking forward to contining to work with Andy and see how I get on with the other events I have signed up for this year. I would not hesitate to recommend Andy to anyone who is needing help and support with their nutrition goals!

I cannot recommend Andy highly enough! After working with him over the past 6 weeks, I can honestly say he's been absolutely brilliant and has completely transformed my approach to nutrition and training.

From day one, Andy was incredibly helpful in managing my expectations and helping me set realistic, achievable goals. What really impressed me was his extensive knowledge and genuine commitment to finding solutions that worked specifically for me. As someone who follows a strict vegan diet, I was initially worried this might create challenges, but Andy went above and beyond to research alternatives and tailor his advice to my dietary requirements. He never once made it feel like a burden or limitation - instead, he embraced the challenge and found creative ways to ensure I was getting everything I needed. Through him I found new vegan things that I now love!

Throughout our time together, Andy taught me invaluable skills that have genuinely changed how I approach my health and fitness. I learnt how to fuel my body properly, which has made such a difference to my energy levels and recovery. More importantly, he taught me how to listen to my body and understand what it was telling me - something I'd never really paid attention to before. His guidance on prioritising different aspects of my nutrition and training based on my specific goals was spot on, and it's helped me focus my efforts where they'll have the most impact.

The results speak for themselves - I'm absolutely chuffed to say that I smashed all my previous PBs during our 6-week programme! Not only did I feel incredibly strong during my gym sessions (and must be said that I workout at 6am!), but my energy levels throughout the day improved dramatically. I was sleeping better, recovering faster, and genuinely felt the strongest I've ever felt.

What sets Andy apart is his understanding that having the right support network is absolutely crucial for achieving your goals. He wasn't just providing advice - he was genuinely invested in my success and was always available when I had questions or needed encouragement. His approach is both professional and personable, which made the whole experience feel collaborative rather than prescriptive.

Even though our initial 6-week plan has now finished, I'm already planning to continue working with Andy on an ongoing basis, allowing me to tap in for support on a need basis to ensure I'm sticking to my goals. The foundation he's helped me build is solid, but I know that as I continue to progress and my goals evolve, his expertise will be invaluable.

Working with Andy from A-Crew Coaching & Nutrition was a genuinely refreshing experience. His approach to nutrition felt realistic and sustainable, which meant I never felt pressured or overwhelmed — even during a lads’ 40th birthday holiday in the middle of the plan!

He introduced me to the concept of macros, something I'd never heard of before, and built my entire nutrition plan around it. The results spoke for themselves — I consistently hit my goals and achieved the weight loss I’d been aiming for and in the timeframe set by Andy and I.
