Bought felt for my shed, the assistant insisted on carrying it out to my card. Felt obligated to give him a tip but he refused it. Wil certainly be back.

When collecting item was available things were fine. Now it seems everything is delivery only and they charge a £5 for all deliveries. In this day and age of internet and bulk posting £5 is ridiculous. We went to Duncan MacIntosh Trailers instead and they were amazing.

I always use click and collect, and the service has always been accurate and quick, no matter what I've ordered. 7day a week opening is very handy too

Great range of stock for the expert and the DIYer. Staff very helpful. Would have given 5 star rating, dropped 1 star due to being issued with the wrong item, but it was soon changed with an apology.

Thank you very much angie in the arbroath store. Great customer service. Also had a good banter with her and duty manager. Got what I needed and my pub pool table is sorted. Whatever the manager is doing at the Arbroath site he/she should bottle it and spread it around other retailers, the staff at Arbroath are are excellent every last one, cheery and so so helpful, I hope they and the manager get their rewards.

I went to screwfix in arbroath today looking for a part the woman explained that's it's pick up only you have to go online. I tried to explain that I suffered a brain injury and I couldn't do the computer because of my injury she said she was sorry but there's nothing that she could do to help well if you can't help people with a disability you should not be open in my eyes. all it would have taken was a bit common sense as I had the part with me I then asked if they had a book for me to look if they had the part they couldn't help me with that eather so really not impressed so in my opinion if you have eny disabilities stay well away as you won't get eny help here
