My partner popped in to HCS in Gaerwen today and was appalled at the attitude of the member of staff on duty. He was the most unhelpful, awkward and rude person he's come across in a long time. Terrible service, terrible attitude, avoid. If this is the last store on earth we would not use again. Disgusting!
