Our new stove has transformed our room. Extremely happy with the whole experience from Matthew coming to quote and talk through options to the engineers carrying out the work. We had lots of options for the stoves, chambers and tiles, the quote was transparent and informative. The men carried out the work in one day much to my amazement. I have a baby and was concerned about the dust, they were very understanding and put up a plastic door I had purchased. The dust also was not as bad as thought it would be. Upon arrival they talked me through the process, confirmed my order. They also checked in throughout, explaining what was going on. I felt very in the loop and informed throughout. Many thanks.

absolutely can’t recommend them enough! super reliable, friendly and professional - from the start the quote was in-depth and made sure we new all of our options. The team were flexible and allowed us to tile the fireplaces ourself inbetween the old fireplaces being removed and new stoves being fitted! the whole experience was so efficient considering the mess which the fireplaces where i’m to start with, the team swept the chimneys, added cowling & mended a vent in the upstairs rooms and the rooms were left so clean at a really reasonable price.

We'd highly recommend Incendium from Matthew coming to see what need doing, to Matt and Billy who opened up the chimney breast plastered and fitted the woodburner all in one day. They were very clean and removed the old surround and rubble. The whole process was very smooth.

I used this company to install my wood burning stove & chimney lining, replacing my old, small open fireplace and unlined chimney. I am super pleased with the end result!
