If you value good customer service, do not buy from this company. I purchased an outdoor heater which failed after less than 3 years and very little use, attempted to buy a replacement element but was told they are not available and the unit was obsolete.
All they suggested is to buy a complete replacement heater from them, this is not customer support. Avoid buying from this company.

Avoid at all costs. Ordered 10 heaters for next day delivery. After nothing arrived after 3 days contacted company via email only to be told to wait another 5 days. 5 days later told the order has been canceled and a full refund issued. No refund after 12 days and ignoring emails. Scam company.

Do not buy off this company ever. I have bought 3 number radiators. All the rads stopped working. I contacted the so called customer service email only by the way absolutely no response. I am currently getting legal advice as this is disgraceful. I urge all to read this review as I am a genuine person that has been ripped off by a company with zero morals. Do not buy fro. A company like this!!!

Bought heated blanket supposed to be guaranteed for 2 years, stopped working less than a year after purchase, Customer Service just won’t reply, sent numerous emails showing proof of purchase, no phone number to get through to speak to anyone. Very bad customer service if they won’t adhere to their guarantees.

This is my 2nd purchase from Futura Direct, 1 via eBay and my second purchase direct from their website to purchase 2 Electric Throws,
Unfortunately 1 item developed a fault, so I contacted their Customer service via email. After a couple of days ( it was close to a busy Christmas period, to be fair) they responded, saying I was to receive a full refund for 2 Throws, (even though, only 1 was faulty) and within 24 hrs, the refund was in my Bank. Not only did I not have to return the faulty item, but they even allowed me to keep the other Electric Throw.
I can honestly say, I genuinely cannot fault their Customer Service.

What an amazing company!! I bought an outdoor heater from them on Amazon. 6 months down line it stopped working. I contacted them to see where I stood. No questions or quibbles! They immediately offered to replace. Received item within a day!!! So rare to get such outstanding service after they have your money. Would 100 percent buy from them again!

Purchased a garden hedge trimmer from this company worked for 2 days cutting very fine bushes then suddenly started to cut out, although it came with a spare batter it continues to cut out. emailed the seller Futura Direct for refund. we are still waiting nearly 14 days on . They nominated a drop of shop for me to take the faulty item. On arrival the shop turned me away saying they dont use Futura Directs Couriers.
Still waiting to get this resolved i keep receiving the same email reply with the same response saying they will be in touch,the office as now closed.
