After an initial problem with my shark hoover, I contacted Shark Ninja Customer service and was worried because you never know really how you get treated over the phone once stating your problem and issues, etc.
I have too say wow I was really impressed not only how I was dealt with by the guy over the phone who was very helpful and professional but also,the email information was also excellent, very informative and kept you updated throughout.
Overall, I was happy with the customer service I received and just want to say thank you. My hoover is awesome.

December 24 I was looking for a good kettle. The level indicator being visible was high on the list as I have poor eye sight. The Ninja kettle came up trumps as it even had good temperature control. I have had Ninja products before and found them expensive but excellent quality
The Kettle became faulty last week with the illuminated level light failing. I contacted Ninja who took me through some tests and decided it was the case unit at fault. They replaced it the following day which I found excellent service.
The new unit didn't resolve the issue and I contacted customer service again. It was decided that the kettle itself was at fault. The service agent said I had to return the old unit and once they had received it, they would dispatch a replacement. As the unit was actually still able to boil the water. I asked for the item to be sent out and I would send the old unit back upon receipt. They have refused to do this which means I have either to buy a kettle to use until I get the new one or do without a kettle until I receive the replacement. The kettle is an essential piece of equipment for me and as such I have opted to buy a cheap kettle to put me on until the situation is resolved. The service level on this occasion is extremely poor and not what I expected
Certainly changed my opinion of the Ninja Shark products

This companies replacement parts department will bankrupt this company I'm confused And starting to wonder are these hoovers cracked up to be what they say they are. IV bought 3 in 3 years however this time around I'm not doing it again and used the 5year warranty Yes I got sent parts and next day but come on one part I didn't even ask for but the part I need you sent and my cover doesn't fit and not does the tank. Called up again and well I give up il buy a new hoover and have done with it. I'm thinking a Henry this time around this shark business had enough

I bought a wandvac 6 months ago direct from shark and unfortunately it recently failed. I phoned shark and spoke to a helpful lady who took some details. We then jumped onto a zoom video call so that I could demonstrate the issue. She then said that the best option would be to return it, and a replacement would be shipped within 7 days. I posted on Wednesday, and the replacement arrived on Saturday. It really was great service.

Totally not fit for pupose.
Motor goes incredibly loud.
Shark Ninja have been well patronised by me- today customer service totally lost a loyal customer.
The WV270UK has a clear design fault making the motor incredibly noisy. I have hardly used my appliance. Not fit for purpose.
I will never promote or help Ninja Shark as I have done before.
Today has been a revelation- they do not care less.

We have recently had a payment of £89.99 taken from our business account on the 7th April and nobody from the business knows what it is for. I contacted the bank and all they could suggest is to contact SharkNinja Leeds directly. Well this is impossible! Can't get through on the phone and no response from emails. Not great service from such a leading brand. Need to up your game I'm afraid.

Superb quality of the various items I'd bought, sometimes cheaper than the large online stores. Items dispatched within hours, and delivery rapid (next day). Very pleased with what I have, and believe the knives are the sharpest I've used. Great for preparing meals to go in the double air fryer, or the 15 in 1 multi cooker I own (both Ninja and wonderful!). All well and good having excellent products, but I should also mention Customer Services. It was fantastic! Had a knife block delivered whose internals were damaged by DPD. Contacted the Support (who weren't able to help because of the severity), and suggested I take pictures and video of the problem, and send an email. I received an answer within two hours to tell me a new one was being dispatched, and would be with me within 48 hours! I can't fault them! Excellent customer care, brilliant products, free next day delivery, and polite, efficient and effective staff. Why go anywhere else?

Edit: 48 hour delivery was actually 24! Thank you Royal Mail 🍺

I purchased a shark handheld vac refurbished from the ebay shop but to our shock when it turned up it smells of dogs and dog urine!
I contacted shark for them to laugh at me down the phone.
What utter incomitance !
