Amazing service that need 6 stars. I needed an urgent repair and was given all the help I could have wished for.
Paul, the services manager, clearly understood what the consequences were of the malfunctioning of my generator so he sprang into action. I am grateful and have already given Elliotts's name to several of my friends and acquaintances, who also use generators, and told them how excellent their service is.
The sale and maintenance of generators is a niche market and you're lucky when you find a good company not too far away.

I use Elliott's for tools as they hold great stock the staff are very knowledgeable about the tools and if they do not have the tool you are after they can sort very quickly great team and company.

Took a generator here to be fixed. They couldn't find the fault and charged £64 for not finding the fault.

Subsequently took the generator elsewhere and they found they fault and fixed it for £25.

Didn't think Elliots appeared very competent when we dropped it off and this proved to be the case.
