I studied marketing with Green Labyrinth and unfortunately had a very negative experience. They provided me with little support throughout my course. My emails were often left unanswered. My account manager who was very disorganised, regularly promised assistance/resources which never materialised. I have talked to other students who had a similar experience. To my horror, after getting through the course, I was told that I am not allowed to take the final exam and gain the relevant qualification. This was due to Green Labyrinth's failure to check my eligibility to enroll on the course which was designed only for students with UK GCSEs.

Very disappointing, lack of communication. I sent a number of emails enquiring about some applications that I made. And only 1 was actually replied to. The reply I did get was very vague/short, and took around 48 hours. I replied back to this, and got no reply whatsoever.
