Can anybody help me to have them empty my blue and red bins? No matter how many times I report missed bins, make calls to Canterbury council, write corporate email, they just dont empty them for months. PS: The waste is not contaminated

Three/ four missed bins in our road (general rubbish) from last Friday- reported online on Friday and phoned twice throughout the week to check that they had been rescheduled to come and collect said missed bins. It’s Friday again tomorrow still no collection of missed bins. Wasn’t so long ago that they received a pay rise if I remember rightly , seemingly to do less than before! Terrible service

Total scum! Only got a star so I could leave the review. ZERO STARS !!!!
Look at the photos, the drivers deliberately park like this in a passive agressive way because they think they own a RingGo paid council car park. Damaged my car, dont have a way to contact them on their website. Beware putting anything of value anywhere near one of these idiots when they're driving or parking!

I have been reporting a case of fly tipping outside my property in Pilgrims Lane for the last 6 weeks! I rang the Canterbury council to be given a reference number to quote and have been waiting for the collection of this fly tipping to no avail!!! I keep getting past from pillar to post to arrange this collection!! very disappointed in the lack of care for our environment.

Some three months after requesting bulk waste removal from my deceased mother's property in Canterbury I got a response asking to commit to a date over the next month. Luckily I had managed to arrange a more timely alternatively at the beginning of February. Is this really an acceptable response time? I actually thought I'd filled the form in wrongly not that it would take this long. It is any wonder there is a problem with fly tipping if this is the type of service supplied by Canterbury council.

My bin was broken during collection on Friday, reported it online straight away (easy process) and it was replaced 2 working days later. Obviously I'd rather the bin hadn't been broken in the first place, but it's bound to happen when you're handling 1000s of bins a day. However, the service received on reporting the breakage was quick and professional so it was worth mentioning. Thank you.

I had brought a sofa that cost me 60£ we have had it for 1 week at are local youth Center court and today a caneco compey peopel ave chose to remove it I found this very pissed of becuse I spend money on that I would like my red single side back your sincerely thaningtion youth in the picture that’s where my sofa was

Great Service from Canenco at the most challenging time of the year when there are less days in the week and less staff due to holidays and sickness but they still managed to collect my bins on time. Well done to the managers coping with a logistical nightmare and the hard working drivers and loaders. Not the easiest job in the world and sometimes a thankless task.
