Not reputable

I bought an Apple Watch 6 from Loop Mobile, which they advertised as being in 'Excellent Condition'. They don't say upfront that although Apple Watches are supposed to be waterproof for general swimming, theirs aren't. (It's in the 'fine print') The first time I used it for swimming, it became water-damaged. They flatly refused to help me get it repaired or replaced.

How can a company advertise something as being in excellent condition when it is actually in poor condition? An Apple watch should function as it is supposed to. The app has a swimming function, so there is the expectation that one can swim with it. I spoke with a technician at Apple, and she assured me their watches can be used for this purpose, but as I have discovered, not watches that are sold by
Loop Mobile.
