The girl who served me was the manager of the leyland branch and very knowledgeable.....needed replacement tv aireal for our house. Top marks, cant fault any of the screwfix staff who are always happy to help and advise if not sure

Staff not very nice, make you feel awkward for asking in any help. Then to get told they didn't sell a certain item and never had done. So when I showed said item on the shops web page at which point I placed my items back on the shelving and walked out and went to Berry's instead..
