A reckless driver in a van with a trailer dangerously pulled out of a Sainsbury's without right of way or any regard for safety, nearly causing an accident. I had my 3-year-old and newborn in the car at the time, which is the main reason why I'm leaving this review. Their aggressive and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. Avoid at all costs!

This is a follow up to my other review....When dealing with the public a certain set of skills need to be developed. It is incumbent on the employer to ensure all, and that means all staff, adhere to a strict code of conduct....and this has to be so. Humilty, kindness and an understanding are but a few attributes, it cannot be any other way, you are in the public domain. A confrontational attidude is certainly not admissible. No care in residents just put bollards up close road to your house so you cannot get in or out so they have to move trucks bollards because you have urgent appointments then same again on your return,a manager phone's you to apologise but said in so many words we can do this because it was urgent ,so planning for local residents is not yes not a priority

Last time I ask this company for anything . I asked to charge a battery for 10 minutes as I needed some help. Instead they treated me like a thief and told me to get off their private land. If this is how they talk to members of the public imagine what it would be like to work for them or even employing them. Anybody wanting them to do work for them needs to think twice. Also the guy who went for an interview my advice is look for a DECENT company to work for and not one that bullies people. Oh and before I forget sapphire solutions Don't you think I will forget you taking an illegal photograph of me in my car. I did NOT give you permission

Very very bad management
Been road works and Barriers outside my own driveway now for ten days
Nobody working on it
They did a maximum of 1 days work
Can’t get my own car on and off my driveway
Spoke to them last week and was put down as urgent and still nothing
Not a good company at all
Why would you did a great hole on a Friday knowing they don’t work weekends then leave it ten days 😡😡😡

Drove behind one of this companies Van's today on the M62. The passenger in the van thought it was acceptable to throw rubbish and empty drinks cans out of the window whilst moving at 70mph, cans narrowly missing the vehicles behind. Not a great advertisement for your company!!!
