We had an old open fire with a hideous brick built fireplace replaced with a multi-fuel burner by Zigi's. Our experience from the first contact at the showroom, through the sales and survey process, right up to the removal of the old and install of the new was 1st class.
The install team were exceptional. Gary and Ash are the most likeable and highly skilled team we have encountered during our house renovation project. They were not only polite and courteous, but went way beyond expectations and certainly went the extra mile or two!
100% recommended Zigi's.

Fantastic service from Ziggi’s. Would definitely recommend to everybody looking for a log burner. Installation by Terry & Carol went so well, what a great pair! Clean, tidy , friendly and very professional with lots of advice on how to use the log burner properly.

From sales to fitting the service that I have received from Zigis has been amazing. The man who served me in store in Capel St Mary's did everything he could to ensure I got the fire that I wanted/needed for the space I had in my house.

Once I ordered my fire the process was very quick and even got delivered/fitted earlier than expected.

The 2 men who fitted the fire were extremely tidy and careful with my paintwork. The work they completed was 100% perfect

Absolutely love my fire, the quality of it and impact it has on my room is amazing, and i would recommend Zigis to anyone

I recently had a wood burner installed and was extremely impressed by the professionalism of Isaac and Ash.

Our fireplace is particularly small and quite an awkward space to work in but they persevered and got it done with a follow up check a couple of days later to ensure everything was in order.

Terry and Carol did an excellent job. Nice to deal with an old school, very experienced craftsman. Everything was completed to a very high standard. Please pass this on to Terry and Carol.
I would not hesitate to recommend Zigi's to anyone needing a fireplace.
Only one small thing - there was quite a strong wind when Terry was up on the roof filling the inter-space with vermiculite, so had to clean out the gutter the next day as wind had blown it all over the place.

The zigi’s team were so helpful, from the first call through the initial visit to the final fitting. They were helpful and proactive and during the fitting, when the scaffolding tower for the chimney proved ineffective, they quickly arranged the delivery of a cherry picker so the job could be finished on the day as planned. They left the place clean and tidy and were a delight to work with. The duel fuel stove is everything we had hoped for. Great product and fabulous service.
