Fabulous company! Called for a quote after being let down and their price was excellent. They arrived early, were professional and friendly, cleaned up after themselves and would not hesitate to recommend them them! Thanks again to the 'Two Jack's' 😍

I had a new boiler fitted 2 years a go and they were great, so didn't call anyone else when we needed new radiators fitting. The guys gave a fair quote and did great work hid the pipes very well.
The fitters dealt with my wife and she said they were very friendly and accommodating.
I would highly recommend them for plumbing/heating work

Very poor aftercare; boiler working fine until Dugdale annual service. Since then heating not working. Refered back to Dugdales and all they did was to refer me to Worcester Bouch and said that if they came out again there would be an extra charge. Anyone know of a more reliable Company?

Engineers were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The Installation was carried out efficiently and tidily, and to time. Nothing was too much trouble and the job was left clean and tidy. I will be using this Company in future, including the servicing of our new equipment, when due. RECOMMENDED 🙂

Job was to replace an old condemned standing boiler with a new Combi Gas boiler, including capping off the old flue and installing a new flue system to the flat roof above. Malcolm who quoted, explained everything very clearly and provided a very competitive quote compared to other companies. The job was booked in quickly and the two lads ( plus roofing contractor to create the new hole for the flue to escape through the flat roof) were ALL very professional and courteous throughout their time on site. Job was completed exactly as promised and the system works a treat.
THANK You to your team for a FANTASTIC job - very pleased!

These guys are not reliable at all. They quite often dont turn up and their office always has a polite reason .. Leave jobs undone for months and unless its a worthwhile money making job they wont bother. Very polite but one to bypass.

Made an appointment with Malcolm Dugdale for him to come and cap off a gas supply so I could relocate a boiler to upstairs and then for Dugdales to install new pipework so could be put back in to use.

On the day of the appointment there was a 'no show', so I contacted the office but had to leave a message. I was called back by a lady stating that there was no appointment booked in, I explained what had previously been discussed with malcolm....... she said she would try to resolve. I got a call two hours later from a lady stating that their Gas Engineer would not come out to move a boiler.

So, having waited over a week for an appointment for then no-one to turn up, then a call stating that their engineer would not 'cap off' the gas supply, I am disappointed.

For those that have had positive experiences with Dugdale then great but if you are looking for a plumbing company/gas engineer please look through the reviews before deciding whether to use.

Awful company. Sent an email regarding the dangerous driving of one of the van drivers and got this as a reply. I think this is a completely unacceptable way for anyone to behave, especially the 'manager' of the company. If they feel this is an acceptable way in which to speak to people, I dread to think what they are like with customers.

Avoid at all costs!

'Joanne,

I have spoken with the engineer in question and I think you have made his
week!

I have not heard any one laugh that loud in a long time.

He asked me if I realised that it was in fact Thursday today, and not
Sunday, and that if I realised that if you are driving in the outside lane
and holding other road users up and driving inconsiderately, the
consequently other drivers will get upset and work around your bad driving
habit.

In future you should give serious thought, to the standard of your driving,
not to inconvenience other road users as you don't know how to use the roads
forcing other people to drive in a manner that they don't actually want to
do.

Our engineers drive hundreds of miles every day for business purposes.

This is a clear situation of a casual driver who doesn't know what they are
doing on the roads, which in my opinion is far more dangerous than anything
listed below.

Hope you have a wonderful day,

Rhys
