I highly recommend. have the glass reverse osmosis water filter, shower filters & hydrogen water bottle and LOVE the products. I did had some issues with my water bottle and sent it back to Osmio to fix which was easy. Super grateful. These are products that last if looked after well!

Ive have a Osmio water filter which has been fitted a number years and it has been excellent but when we changed the filter a few weeks ago we could not get it to seal, so we sent for a new seal and it arrived really quickly and was easily fitted. A great product.

Can't fault Osmi water really. I did have an issue with a leak with was sorted out after exchanging emails and sending a few images. Turned out it was an issue with a filter replacement process that I hadn't spotted and the service team did so I was very appreciative of that help. Very good customer service. Whenever I've ordered replacement filters they've arrived promptly. I'm loving my desktop reverse Osmosis machine that I've had for 3 years and appart from the little leak issue the machine itself has been faultless. So for me it's win win win. Thank you Osmio water.👍

The water always tasted bad with chemicals taste for the first whole month of using new filters. After one year of using the machine, i have emptied it and stopped to use it for 2 months, then i have sanitised it properly, changed new filters - and for 3 weeks in a row i am drinking a water with the mold and plastic taste - its too expensive machine and filters to have so much issues with it; and it's impossible to open it and try to clean the inner tank - and after reaching out the company for help - they simply ignored you and Mark - the owner was rude- not recommended

Seriously consider your purchase from this company!! We brought 2 x filters which continued to leave sediment in the water supply throughout the property. The product it did not do what it claimed to do. We asked for free replacement filters as the original filters sent out where damaged/not working, to which Osmio declined and forced us to purchase more. Out of the 3 sets of filters 2 of them did not fit correctly in the housings. Items have since been returned and a refund not offered. The worst customer service I have experienced.

We buy the vitamin C infused shower heads regularly and they work great - no more chlorinated water smell in the bathroom (it used to smell like bleach)! 🙂👍🏼 Have the Osmio water filter too, water tastes great.

It's easy to set up and to use. The water tastes great and I particularly like it for being made of glass rather than steel (or plastic)!
I found it a bit confusing working out which filters I needed to get for replacements in 6 months time as few places sold the Osmio ceramic filters.
