Very professional first telephone call response for help as a new customer. This was followed through with a quick and fully transparent site visit. I was given full details of what was needed to fix problems along with advice. The work done on site was carried out with care and consideration without any disruption or mess. Overshoes were put on so no footprints etc. were left behind. Full system checks were done and demonstrated to be working before leaving. The invoice presented detailed the work done for me to agree. I concluded that this is the company to have an annual service contract with.

Found them by accident as Colin from Ganem Security had retired and he put me in contact with them. Dan was friendly and explained about the company and carried out the service as planned. Now we have peace of mind our Alarm system has been checked and working.
