Russell came out to-day fitted my cooker for me, i would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an electrician, he arrived when said he would, was professional in his approach, After he did the job he left everywhere clean and tidy, if i need any electrical work doing in the future Russell will be my first call.

Russell was the only electrician that was able to fit these bedside lights without wrecking my walls and requiring "making good" afterwards. He was the only electrician to come and see the work required before submitting a quote. He was in the middle price-wise of the quotes we had. Russell has been given more work to do as we're re-booking him to fit better extractor fans in the bathroom and move an inconveniently situated light switch. I can definitely recommend him;

Russell took on the installation of our feature light when other competitors had declined the job due to its awkward nature two stories up in a gallery hallway. We found him to be polite and reliable. He attended on time and was very respectful to the house. This was a tricky job because of the height and nature of the fitting. Didn’t arrive on time advised between 11-11.30 am! Finally arrived just after 12.30 pm I didn’t get chance to open the door, heard the knock however, once I got to the door he had left this is all recorded on my drive camera! Waited 3 minutes!!!!! Wanted to charge me for lost time …. 3 minute!!! Evidence on my drivecam which I have sent , then declined to do any further work for me and if he came back to complete the work would add the extra time into my quotation! Somewhat disappointed!

Russell was very professional and went above and beyond to help with a fault on the distribution board.

He managed to source a replacement part that is currently obsolete to fix the issue. He explained everything clearly and also advised on improvements that could be made to ensure everything is completely safe.
