We purchased a generator from Aksa 10 months ago and was very pleased and impressed with it to start. A round 8 weeks ago the generator had a spark from the alternator and cut out. I contacted Aksa warranty to report it and they emailed me a form and ask me to download the event log. ( cable and program need ) after sorting the form and the information they asked for they sent out an engineer. That confirmed that it was not anything we had done or neglect on our part. Aksa are trying to say that it is down to the environment humidity. They really go above and beyond to try and get out of repairing under warranty so be aware. (this is a canopy cased generator for outdoor use we are regarding ) purchased in the UK for UK use. Will update with the outcome.
