Brilliant service. Would highly recommend.
I recently extended my patio and needed to get rid of a lot of garden waste.
I emailed for an equiry for which size skip we needed. An 8 yard skip was able to load 100+ garden waste bags, 3 pallets with extra room.
Both drivers were very friendly and even helped with loading material I wasn't sure about. Managed to reverse the truck and load the skip into a narrow driveway.
Text messages were also sent with a time frame for pick up and drop off.

Very Difficult company to deal with. Driver has a very rude and blunt attitude. Damaged our front driveway with no apology. Filled 2 Skips to the level our first driver told us to reach. Came to collect both and said they were overweight and had water in it however it was raining which we couldn’t help with and was told to take it down to a different level and 2 Ton had to be removed from both skips. We then had taken it down to the level which we had been told and taken the 2 Ton off the skips. They came back and collected our first skip and everything was alright however when they came to retrieve our 2nd skip they refused to take the second one as the driver said it was 150kg over even though they were the same weight and level which has resulted in us having to buy a 3rd skip. Wouldn’t recommend at all for anyone looking to hire a skip.

I’m leaving this review because your driver is terrible and doesn’t understand how to drive on the motorway, blocking cars in the right lane while level with a HGV FOR MILES while a queue developed behind him, multiple cars beeping at him but refused to move. Learn how to drive!!!

Bought 2 mud skips, guy dropped it off said don't go above the point he showed. They came to collect the skips and said actually needs to be at this level ( showed a different height) so had to order another one if their skips to make both skips the new level they required. They came to get the skips and said, actually it is very slightly over weight( couple of wheel barrels) and dropped the skip back onto my drive. With all the picking up and dropping off with the skips it has damaged my drive and cost me another skip. Wouldnt recommended at all.

Very difficult to work with, will not be a returning customer due to incorrect advice resulting in me paying for another skip due to their weight rules when we were told it was based on height levels. Had we been made aware it wouldn’t have been an issue. We got the skip to down the level recommended the 2nd time but apparently it was 150kg over weight and they returned the skip back on my drive. It is very difficult to determine weight for skips so be very aware of this when you go here. They did say this was probably because it rained. Not to mention the huge hole left on my driveway from them taking the skip then putting it back on my drive way 3 times. So be very aware, unless you can accurately weigh what you’re putting in the skip it really is not worth the hassle. If it rains that’ll add weight onto the skip resulting in them putting it back. Again, had this been explained to us it wouldn’t of been an issue, but when they say to this height and you follow that rule it is extremely frustrating when that actually isn’t the case resulting in a damaged drive way and £180 down.
