I notice they have a five star review. This intrigues me, how could they have done anything for anybody when as an organisation they are completely uncontactable by the general public. Even EDF say they have problems contacted them. For nearly two years my electricity status was incorrect on their database it took hours of my time fighting with EDF to get it corrected with EDF telling me that their only contact was by filling up an online form.
