Cheaper goods means lack of customer service: communication! Once I placed my order the website said estimated 3-5 working days. 5 days went by turns out I had missed the delivery so I had to ask EE for a delivery tracking number as their courier had not left one. However usually when you buy goods online you get automated emails of tracking and delivery estimates but you don’t get any of this. Then once I had received the goods unfortunately I had to return something. I can see they have received it but I’ve had no confirmation from them that they have it or when to expect my money from the return. Overall very poor customer communication!! I’d choose other retailers going forward

Laura was excellent! She fitted a Charles Owen Helmet for me, she made sure it fit beautifully, and made sure I liked how it looked in the mirror. She offered us at any point to come back to refit or if any issues occured. Great service!

I went to 3 different tack shops to get fitted for a hat and each one made me feel a little uncertain until I came here. The lady who helped me fit the hat (unfortunately can’t remember her name but it seemed like she was the main hat fitter) was so knowledgeable, patient and kind. I had some bad experiences before when I’ve told tack shop employees that I’m a beginner, but this employee made me feel very comfortable & was happy to explain anything I didn’t know. The hat she fitted me for felt the best out of all of the ones I’d tried and she padded it according to my head shape too. Overall I feel really comfortable with the hat I chose & although this store is an hour away from me, I’ll be making the drive up here every 6 months to get my padding checked & pick up anything else I need. I haven’t worn the hat riding yet as I’m going away for a month, but I feel confident that it’ll all be fine & I’ll enjoy my new hat for the next few years!
