Darron came out to assess the issue with our front door the same day I contacted the company. After a thorough examination, he was able fix it and come up with a plan should the fault reoccur. I recently had a brand new rear door fitted and cannot recommend Darron and his team highly enough. He came to look at the door and gave me a quote right away, he kept in touch with me throughout the duration of the job and was very reassuring if I needed any help.
He walked me through the options and advised me about energy ratings and safety features of the doors as well as colour and window options.....all without being pushy or overwhelming. He was very professional, friendly and courteous and I felt very comfortable with him.
We settled on a door and it was ordered straight away and fitted in a very timely manor with no issues what so ever.
The gentleman who fitted the door was extremely friendly and a pleasure to have in our home.
The door was finished to a very high standard and looks great!
We are very grateful and pleased with the whole process from beginning to end.

I have to write about how impressed I am with Darron and his installation team. Their prices are very reasonable and the quality is great. He installed a full house of R9 windows for us and nothing was to much trouble. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

We first contacted Soverign Windows on December 9th, a very knowledgeable guy called at our house & left a couple of great brochures & took measurements. 2 weeks later, we had picked out 2 doors & asked for a quote for each door. ( Christmas closure held this up ). When the quote did arrive, the 2 doors at been priced together.How .any people have 2 different frontdoors on their property ?
We contacted Soverign again to sort this out...it took a couple of phone calls before we got a reply & by which time we made our decision. We decided to take our details to the office in Uxbridge.....only to find it was a wooden hut that was shut & looked like it was full of rubbish, a note in the window read phone Darron on his mobile...which we did only for the phone to ring & ring & ring. Then we tried emailing, & some 7 days later, not even the courtesy of a reply. In a nutshell, we have gone elsewhere & decided to have the whole house double glazed by a company worthy of our business. It appears we were doing all the chasing😡
